We will make every effort to ensure upon payment that you receive your videos in full. The author and editor of Ballet’s Secret Code, Behind the Scenes videos and all their content, reserve all rights to ownership and copyright. We request that you do not share your password as distributing these videos without consent is illegal and breaches laws of intellectual property and copyright.

If for any reason you cannot view the videos on your device or have other technical issues, please contact us by email and we will seek to rectify any problems or refund you.

Confidentiality

We do not hold any credit card information on file as all payments are processed through PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account for this ).

Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

Jurisdiction

The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Consumer Rights

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
