Return Policy

The product can be viewed on devices such as but not limited to, a mobile phone, tablet, PC or Mac.There is no refund for the videos once the code has been released and upon receipt of payment, except where it has been proven that there is a fault which is issuing from the Ballet’s Secret Code website itself that may result in the non-playing of the videos. You have fourteen days upon receipt of the code to let us know about any such fault and upon due investigation, if it cannot be fixed, you will receive a full refund of your monies.
