Video Quick Guide
To get the most out of your videos:
Hover or click over Video Playlists to see videos grouped by category, select and scroll down to see full list in each group: Monday (10 videos), Tuesday (20 videos), Wednesday (20 videos), Thursday (12 videos), Friday (18 videos), Saturday (15 videos), En Diagonale (10 videos), Barre, (21 videos) Centre practice & Pirouettes (21 videos), Interviews (10 videos)

Use the buttons under the viewing panel to fast forward or reverse, pause, adjust volume, show/hide playlist (horizontal format), show/hide playlists (under viewing panel), adjust playback speed or switch to full screen.

The visual and sound quality is variable. The editor has endeavoured to enhance video quality and clean up background noise and echo wherever possible. However, many exercises were not re - recorded for use in the documentary and are presented in their original LIVE (in situ), recorded format.
